Here’s a perfect example of using a CNC punch press to mark the surface of a sheet of mild steel.  We have used a cross tool to emboss the positive symbol into the surface where some electrical connectors will go.  We have also used the CNC punch press to form CSK screw forms, much quicker than drilling.
