I just received a beautiful compliment via text message from a client letting me know how she loves my legs. So I had to show the progress of these suckas. 6months in the making guys and I am squeezing on both pics. I still want them to be a lot tighter however, I am understanding that legs take time and LOTS of hard work. I train legs 2x a week and I go heavy with reps between 15-20 / 4x Hope this helps YOU to realize that you must trust the creation process and soon you will be taking progress pics too. 3/19...AMZN ok for drone test!

Now aint that a hoot?  FAA approved $AMZN for experimental drone flights.  One caveat that will be interesting for them to overcome is the “drone must be visible by pilot at all times”...and they don't mean on a computer screen...how does that work?  Anyways, Im still sticking to my original statement...if they start delivering by drone...I am SO buying something that they will ship me via drone :)  The stock in AH so far is not impressed with this news whatsoever of course.

For me today, I added a couple small things.  right now Im still at the stage of having to by small qtys...or just one large buy.  Doing the smaller as I get myself used to some of the things going on in chat, some of the new plays that are brought to attention (NOT alerts..just ideas) and stepping away from my normal group of high flyers that just are not moving like they used to.

And on top of all these changes a series of doctor appts Im trying to work my way though.  No Im not sick...Its just I am such a doctor slacker, that I only go every 5-8 years and they all want a zillion tests done.

So that being said, today I saw CNDO as one of our “pill poppers”...big bio sector run up...with no astonishing news to justify it.  So I picked up a 4/17 $5P for 75c....and boy was it testing my patience today!  Not as a molasses mover, but it moved up to 1x125...buys/sells were going thru at 1.15.  Thats a nice move for a $5 stock option...BUT since I did the darted yesterday on $V I really really did NOT want to darted today and get another flag so quickly.  So in the end I held..I’ll see if I can get that 1.15 as an am popper.

I also picked up AAPL wkly 128 P at 1.00.  Held all day, and really held overnight (yeah the flag thing) but also because it closed near the LOD and did not seem to have any reason NOT to hold.  I think these were around 1.40 at close...forgot to double check.

And the last was Z.  Looks like it is trying to do another sudden run up/break out.  I got next week 112C at 1.45.  It started looking pretty nice between 2-3pm, but it did drop back down a little at the close and I think the option was pretty much where I bought it.

didnt close anything today, but hope to be doing so tomorrow morning :)
