Ever wanted to build a proper stoop for your row homes? Here is a set of Halo-4-style STAIR DECO objects just for that! There are several pieces here you can mix and match – given their unique shape, you’ll need cheats to place them just right.

This collection of futuristic MONITORS includes a dozen functional TV screens. There are 7 regular screens ranging from smaller residential-sized ones to very large ones for open commercial spaces. The set also comes with 5 Bizzfeed screens – objects which double as Tv’s and back-lit billboards. Those require my billboard meshes found HERE (Simmons, 2023). Items are more suited for kitbash-style building and decorating – mix and match as needed. Use the #CO2HALO tag to find more Halo-themed content on this site. This UTILITY LITES set includes more than a dozen lighting and neon objects for your halo4-style lots. It is designed to go with the Utility Props set (Simmons, 2025). The flat panel lighting can be placed/recolored in any number of ways for “spacey” and “dramatic” effect. A set of recolors is available as well. *NOTE: Some of the overhead units require the Nightlife EP since the neon parts are repo’d to lighting from that pack. The PREFAB set is a collection of larger/more unique deco pieces, meant to add a little more character to your builds. This is especially for those who want interesting lot details but may not feel comfortable using CFE cheats and other building hacks.
