You know what absolutely breaks me? Knowing Sign Of The Times is over 4 years old now.

It's the first fking thing he did when he went solo. I had paragraphs written on all this. I had essays and dissertations, kids. I SPENT A WEEK OR SO FILLING PAGES WITH THOUGHTS AND NOTES ON THE CHOREO OKAY. Brian Puspos would have been so proud. Drake himself would have sent me a gift basket. BUT. After looking and reading all my bullshit and looking some more, I decided that sometimes we just need to let the Jeon-Parks speak for themselves. We don't do that enough, just sit back and observe and go "huh" and come up with conclusions that aren't being fed to us. I trust that your eyes work as well as mine.

coac is the abbreviation for a musical called the civility of albert cashier, which is about a trans civil war soldier (and it’s based on a true story!!). it was a regional musical in chicago in like...2017 and hasn’t gone to broadway at all (though i am still holding out hope) so the fandom is pretty small. it’s one of my favorite musicals tho, i saw it live (several times,,,,) bc i live in chicago.

it’s SUCH a beautiful show even without the ~representation~ aspect and i wish more people knew about it (but also maybe not bc i love the small fandom vibe)
