This is what coaching is all about, Training your soldiers and taking them out to battle, giving them the weapons needed to be successful and most importantly to be victorious in being the best they can be. That’s what I always tried to do as I started learning what it meant to be a coach. You have to be feared by your players, but also more importantly you have to be respected and that is something I always got watching old videos of the raiders back when I was just learning about the game.... now I can’t wait till August. #Oakland #Raiders #WelcomeBack #CoachGruden (at Salinas, California)
