Late post morning training vid 3 chest and back... flat bench was dead at this point but still had to finish of the compound movements strong... feet on the bench 5x sets at 225lbs for 12x reps... extra wide grip if you notice...lol... after this still had to do back work as we always do we super set back with chest... final movement will be incline dumbell chest press for 5x sets for base 10x reps...
