oh yeah, no, my schlatt is like... heavily headcanoned, at least in terms of backstory and thought processes. he never streamed on the dsmp so we don't have his first person pov, and a lot of his stuff when he wasn't doing villain monologues is designed to be funny more than coherent characterisation / center other characters and advance their plots. like! don't get me wrong. great character. phenomenal acting, for a minecraft roleplay series. schlatt came onto that server out of nowhere, roleplayed his fucking heart out, absolutely smashed it, never broke character once, and then he died and fucked off. absolute standing ovationto him. no one else out here doing it like him.
tbh even fanon schlatt is not rlly that like my schlatt. most ppl just take him as a kind of sleazy villain and leave it there - which is fun! but i just got kind of obsessed with working out his motivations and thought processes for snapshots and now... he is my blorbo. he's mine and he lives in my head and i love him.
