When I went to Venus Fort in Odaiba a while ago (yeah, I visited that car museum on that day!), I stopped at Cobara-Hetta and ordered a "Fountain pancake" to share. It's a tall tower that flows with a very creamy filling when you cut its fluffy surface.
I guess the pancake theme matches the view, haha. (The restaurant can be seen right behind the fountain - yeah, that yellow sign on the right side of the lower floor!)
