Thinking about the Cobras. Thinking about how easy it is to just think they're a bunch of maniacs running around to kill Snake and miss so much about them.

Thinking about their names.

Most of them have negative emotions for names. It pains me so much. Those are the emotions Snake can feel while fighting them, but they were named like this because that's how They feel when fighting.

They keep fighting despite that. The Pain keeps fighting despite the fact he's suffering. The Fear keeps fighting even when he's terrified. The End feels nothing but the walk of death approaching, with his only focus to redirect it towards his enemy first. The Fury screams against his pain and destroys in anger. The Sorrow cries as he battles.

And The Joy. The Joy. She loves fighting. She lives to be a soldier.

The Cobras, Snake, they call themselves the Sons of The Boss. And aren't they all? She took them. She loved them so much that they kept fighting for her until their death. They wanted to die for her. They are happy to.
