Y’know, it’s somewhat depressing, but I really like “I See Fire” as a song for some Arkos drabbling. Not only because it’s a song legitimately made to build with the feeling of looming disaster, but a lot of the imagery is very similar to the end of Volume 3 in general. Tragedy.
And it’s worth mentioning, aside from the single mention of Durin, it’s not really that tied to any specific setting. Honestly, perhaps the best thing to come out of the Hobbit Trilogy.
...Now I want to do some Arkos .Damn.
