VEGAN CHOCOLATE BON BONS featuring @cocovamy! 🍫🍫🍫 Cocova is actually a all-natural, single origin cocoa drink in the form of cocoa buttons but I loved the idea that I could make vegan chocolate bonbons out of them. The buttons are made from cocoa powder, cocoa butter and raw cane sugar. I’m so happy they gave me 3 packets of their cocoa buttons to test including: ~ Curious ~ Happy ~ Dreamy I tempered the cocoa buttons, filled up the shell moulds to make hollow shells and filled them up with my raw vegan kiwi filling. In chocolate heaven now.
