Super moist, very easy and extremely delicious coconut loaf! 🥥 Ingredients 2 x cup SR flour 1 x cup shredded coconut 1 x cup milk (your choice) 1/2 x cup raw sugar (can use coconut or white or brown) The flour can be substituted with half almond and half flour but you will need to use a rising agent. Method Add all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until combined. Bake at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden on top.
