Ingredients: 2 cups shredded coconut. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips optional. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, and a dash of salt should all be combined in a big bowl. Blend until all components are thoroughly blended.
