Ingredients: 1 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 cups crispy rice cereal. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: In a large bowl, mix almond butter and maple syrup until well combined. Add crispy rice cereal and shredded coconut to the bowl. Mix until evenly coated. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Melt dairy-free chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over the almond butter balls.
