For the WIP game - can you tell me more about Call of Duty? 👀

So..."Call of Duty" has gone through so many iterations.

For this story, I decided to work with the arranged marriage trope between Jax and my character, Nora O'Shay, daughter of Galen. The marriage is set up to solidify the club's relationship with the IRA.

I had this story idea for like a year or so but could never figure out where I wanted things to go. However, I was watching Outlander and it sort of gave me some inspiration for where I could go with this story. The relationship between Jamie and Claire heavily inspires what I kind of want between Nora and Jax.

I'm still working on a few details and most of my character moments between Jax and Nora are mapped out. It's just the 'club' aspect I always seem to struggle with. I feel that delays me with all of my stories, honestly.

The outline is halfway done...I just got a little stuck on how I need to include my club/IRA plot to make it make sense.

Plus, I am trying to do more AUs and not follow so much canon. As in this, I did change the backstory with John, Gemma, and Clay a bit. I plan to have Tommy alive in this as well. It's the one thing I am most anxious about as I'm trying to figure out how to make it work and flow in between things with Nora and Jax.

Also with Nora, I'm trying to make sure she is a character and what her arc is going to be. I'm also playing with the themes of religion as she is from Ireland and Catholic. I don't really want to gloss over that.

So still in the skeleton stages...as with most of the things I have planned. But it's something I'm very excited to write and want to share.

As much as I love Abel I think it would be fun to see Jax and his love interest pre baby

that is what i am leaning towards with this particular story. like some things would work with Abel, but I think I want the challenge of a slow burn sort of and just focus on jax x nora.

so for “Call of Duty” I might be reworking the whole thing. I will still probably be keeping the IRA connection...but since I don’t want such extreme storylines dealing with infidelity especially if the IRA is gonna be a factor that alone is drama. I think I might switch it to an arrange marriage between Jax and the OC.

What do you guys think of that?

just had a breakthrough with my “Call of Duty” story. Praise Jesus...hopefully I have no issues in writing it lol.

If you are in the group chat, I mentioned I would share a sneak peek of a story. This is for "Call of Duty" as of now this is only going to be a short story only around 10 chapters. It's not much but its a breather I've been trying to plot thru when needing to step away from AINE.

Also, I may be doing an AU of Nora x Jax as well. I'm not actively working on it but in one of my previous posts I mentioned I wanted to do an Arranged Marriage trope and I think these two would fit perfectly!
