The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Universe Arrives in Call of Duty: Heroes
Following its worldwide launch on consoles and PC last week, we’re excited to bring aspects of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 universe to Call of Duty: Heroes—our free-to-play combat strategy game for smartphones and tablets. As part of a 2.0 update available now, Call of Duty: Heroes now lets you forge combat units and build your base in environments from Black Ops 3’s campaign or command devastating Killstreaks and Specialist characters plucked straight from multiplayer. Alongside a variety of other updates, here is some of the biggest new content now available in Call of Duty: Heroes:
Black Ops 3 Heroes: Reaper and Outrider from Black Ops 3 multiplayer
Black Ops 3 Killstreaks: G.I. Robot, Lightning Strike, and more
Black Ops 3 Ground Unit: Siege Bot
Black Ops 3 Environments: Cairo and Singapore
Black Ops 3 Base Structures: Sentry Turret and Guardian Turret
Black Ops 3 Base Decorations: Reaper Statue, Outrider Statue, Classic Nuketown Sign
First introduced last November, Call of Duty: Heroes gives players an entirely new way to experience Call of Duty on your smartphone or tablet. Players take control of a military outpost, gather resources, craft defenses, and build an army of elite soldiers, drones, and more pulled straight from the extended Call of Duty universe. Players can take command of their forces and launch attacks against other players’ bases with aid from controllable Killstreaks, like Lightning Strikes, chopper gunners, and more. There are also dedicated campaign and Survival modes, which offer new challenges.
Call of Duty: Heroes is available for a wide range of smartphone and tablet devices via the App Store, Google Play, Windows Store, and Amazon Appstore.
