Friend of the owl here. And doing an oc dump.
Seer is what you'd least expect of a soldier: on the short side, AFAB, and just not that intimidating. But they're an interrogation specialist; CIA/FBI training under the belt. They know weaknesses all too well, and how to exploit them. The wolf in sheep's clothing, in some way.
Needless to say, Ghost is smitten over them the first time they meet. This 5'3" American soldier just verbally ripped a new one out of a guy before putting him in a headlock with their thick thighs. He wants to be next.
Hello!
Ghost's type is small (smaller than him) and angry. He wants to be yelled at by someone he knows will throw hands without hesitation or fear.
Without knowing more lore, I see Seer working closely with Laswell and that's how 141 is introduced to them. Takes barely any time for Ghost to go "I think I'm in love" while Soap is probably arguing with them over who knows what. Maybe he enjoys a good banter, I definitely see that for Soap.
Seer being sent in to interrogate a prisoner and they're not taken seriously. Ghost was probably in there before them and the prisoner is like "eh, they're grasping at straws" only to beg for Ghost to come back inside and they're ready to confess everything they know.
Make it like "five times Ghost fell" kind of situation.
