Why did you make your character Makarov's child?
Which Makarov do you base her off of?
Okay so this is a loaded question because it involves some stuff IRL.
When I was a child, I was being abused by both of my parents and I've never had a real sense of what it was like to have good parents. When I discovered call of duty, I became obsessed and enjoyed the lore so much! Then I discovered Makarov and wondered what he'd be like as a parent.
Obviously not a good one. She used to be OG Makarov's daughter, but I loved how Julian portrayed the reboot. 😭 For a little more context, someone ruined the OG for me by making him do creepy shit to her oc, so that kind of deterred me from using him in Avora's story.
A little TMI, sorry, but this is why Avora came about. It's mainly because of who my dad is/was as a person, though. He was and still is an awful parent.
