First of all, it's something that very few people have heard of-- including me. Second, it lacks the community that's built around other IDEs like Eclipse, TextMate, Notepad++ and a few others. Third, it doesnt offer anything unique that's not available in these other IDEs.
All that combined makes it something of little interest to developers.
First of all, you should not go around making statements like “it doesn’t offer anything unique” when you’ve never even heard of it yourself. Second, TextMate and Notepad++ are not IDEs. Third, if it truly lacks a community, then you wouldn’t see threads with thousands of views on their forum (actually, they wouldn’t have a dedicated forum in the first place).
Making such blanket statements without even giving the software an honest try doesn’t help potential developers who might find it suitable, and it certainly doesn’t help you (who knows, you may even end up liking it).
