How do the blood moon demons feel about other demonic beings that live in the world? What do they think about technology and the scientific advances mortals are doing every year?
The magic of Ionia tends to be extremely different from the rest of Runeterra. Ionia has been, traditionally, isolated from the rest of the continent. As such, its own brand of magic has risen, unrecognizable by Valoran.
The same can be said by Ionians.
The Blood Moon clan is only but a fragment of the hostile demons that dwell in Ionia, they themselves have yet to be exposed to the demons outside of Ionia. Though undoubtedly they would see them as rivals or something to be wary of-- they feed off of the souls of the living in times of great turmoil.
During the Noxian invasion of Ionia, both Ionian and non-Ionian demons flooded the landscape to wage battle for the souls of all those lost in that tragedy. They tore each other asunder for the right to the souls of the dead.
Their first exposure had been that of battle and rivalry.
As technology is slowly introduced to Ionia from places like Piltover, the dependence upon gods and magic slowly wanes. Demons are creatures who ultimately rely upon fear and reverence to thrive, though their existence itself is not wholly dependent upon it.
They despise technology and seek to thwart and destroy it at every chance they get. Technology brings power to the powerless, and that is certainly something that they would find most inconvenient.
