So I just returned from watching the man from u.n.c.l.e. and my mind immediatly supplied me with OT3 Headcanons. So without further ado:

1. Illya has sex with both Solo and Gaby. In fact all three freequently have sex together yet Solo and Gaby never have sex alone. When they have threesomes both of them focus on Illya.

2. This does not mean that Gaby and Solo do not love each other - they act like they sleep together in front of strangers and marks and sometimes even confuse Illya who really should know better. Both of them love teasing the other but their actual relationship is much more brother and sister like.

3. Illya and Solo have frequent pretend hate sex. This happens because neither allows themselves to show his feelings but needs an outlet - so pretending to angrily fuck the other seems like a perfect solution. Illya tends to throw a table over before throwing Solo on it. Solo tends to tie Illya up because he knows he’ll never overpower the man.

4. As frequently as pretend hate sex happens, I’m glad we survived sex happens, though this usually involves Gaby.

5. All of them screw the organisations they work for, after Solos time is up they have enough put aside - money and blackmail - to dissapear. However if there were a grave threat to a country neither would hesitate to help using their particular brand of crazy.

6. Illya and Solo never really get the hang of working together, spending as much time spying on the other as focusing o their target. Shit tends to blow up. Bugs have a short life frequency and both have difficulties getting new ones because their handler refuses to let them waste even more. Those bugs are expensive, damn it.

7. Solo attempts to teach Gaby the art of reading and manipulating people as well as freeing them of their valuables. Illya attempts to teach her how to fight. Neither realises that Gaby is already capable of all of that - a girls has resurces.

8. Gaby is winning the spying game - Solo and Illya don’t even suspect that she has planted bugs on them and boy does she have them where she wants them.

Codename U.N.C.L.E. (2015)

Eine Serie, die niemand gesehen hat, wird vom von mir verehrten Guy Ritchie zu einem Reboot verarbeitet, das wohl leider auch kaum jemand sehen wird. Dabei knüpft er erwartungsgemäß an die alten Qualitäten seiner sympathischen Schreibe und Charaktere sowie des hyperinnovativen, rasanten Inszenierens an, welches sich hier erstaunlich erfolgreich mit nostalgisch-altmodischen Klängen mischen darf. So richtig spaßig wie bei Sherlock Holmes oder gar Ritchies älteren Werken wird es trotzdem nie, da der Film in Dialogen und der Geschwindigkeit eher einen Gang zurückgeschaltet hat, in den Actionsequenzen stellt sich leider öfters Epilepsie als Amusement ein. Trotzdem mehr als solide und empfehlenswert. Ach ja, und: Fetter Hugh-Grant-Extrapunkt.
