the thing about mike and will is that theyre literally made in a lab for each other. like not only did they experience an extremely traumatic childhood together, but will would struggle with anyone pining him down or confining him in any way, and all mike wants is for will to be on top of him all the time. like not even sexually or anything (although that too tbh) but he spent five seasons having will taken from him in various ways. he just always wants will to be laying on top of him or straddling him or touching him. you can see it in his pathetic little yearning eyes constantly
