Hello, hello! Thank you so much for these headcanons! They brighten my day every time! I was wondering: How do you think the gang reacts to Cardia or their s/o pushing themself to exhaustion in pursuit of an important goal?

I’d be happy to do this. The Code: Realize Guys React to Their Partner Pushing Themselves Too Hard for Something Important. Long title, but I hope you enjoy it, haha. 

Arséne Lupin: 

“I know you must be so tired. Watching you do this to yourself...I can’t take it anymore. I know you have things that you care about, but they aren’t worth risking your life for. You are so precious to me, my one and only, and seeing you hurt yourself is killing me inside. So if there’s something you want, tell me. I’ll work hard for it, too. That way, you aren’t ever alone or take on to much. Lean on me. Let me share your load like a good partner should.” 

Abraham Van Helsing: 

“This is it. You have to slow down. Don’t you see how exhausted you are?! How is working until you make yourself sick going to help you at all? Sometimes you have to be patient, don’t you understand?! What’s the point of working until you collapse; you won’t get what you want in the long run because you’ll be too sick. I know the feeling; I’ve been there. But I swear to you that pushing your body to it’s limits won’t help. If anything, do it for me. Because I love you so, so much.” 

Impey Barbicane: 

“...Have you ever heard that saying? What is it...Rome wasn’t built in a day? There we go! ...That’s what your trying to do, my sweet honey. You’re trying to force a miracle. But something I’ve learned from working on my own goals this whole time is that taking care of myself has to be part of the plan. Treat yourself to some down time with me, why don’t you?! I’m not saying this because I feel ignored. It’s because I want the best for you...even if you think that it’s not.” 

Victor Frankenstein: 

“I-I’m sorry, I...I’ve been watching you break this whole time, unsure of what to do. How to tell you how worried I am for you. I know I’m being selfish by saying this, but...I want you to be happy, but I also want you to be safe. I can help you with anything you need, answer any request! If you would let me, I’d bring you the world. But just as long as you’re safe and well. Let’s work together instead of working alone, so I know the both of us will be all right. I just can’t lose you...” 

Saint Germain: 

“Today, you are resting, and there’s nothing you can do about it. Sleep on me if you so wish, but I refuse to let you go on like this. You have such a strong desire to reach your goal, and I admire that in you. But that desire can override your common sense. And your sense of preservation. So if you cannot help yourself, then leave it to me. Not having you with me is my worst nightmare, and I will take any steps to prevent it. Even if that means being bossy sometimes, hehe.”

Hogwarts AU?

Mod S here! I already sorted them into their houses in a previous headcanon, and why they are there,  so I’ll just do another brief AU talking about their daily lives. 

So this’ll be Code: Realize Hogwarts AU. This got really, really long so I’m putting this under a cut as well. If you have other HP headcanons for the characters, that’s awesome! These are just mine, and I hope you enjoy! 

–As a refresher, here are the houses for the Lupin Gang: Lupin is Gryffindor, Van is Slytherin, Saint G is Ravenclaw and Impey, Victor and Cardia are Hufflepuff. I decided to add Sholmes into this and have sorted him into Ravenclaw as well. I think that Lupin and Impey would be muggle born, while Cardia, Victor, Van and Saint Germain were all born into Wizard families. They all meet and hang out their first year and become inseparable despite their differences in houses. Lupin also is very much interested in Cardia, so he goes out of his way to try and impress and flirt with her. 

--Obviously, Victor would be really into alchemy and potions class. He wouldn’t like all the experiments on animals though because he is so compassionate. He would enjoy playing wizard chess but again doesn’t enjoy the violent aspect of it. He spends a lot of time in the library and has to fight the urges not to explore the restricted section because of the potential knowledge he has. Victor really enjoys talking to the house ghosts and making friends with the paintings in the hallways. Everyone always asks why he’s not in Ravenclaw, but seeing Victor sacrifice his time for his friends always makes those comments stop. 

--Van wants to be an auror and enjoys defense against the dark arts and the study of magic creatures. He’s not from an incredibly prestigious family of wizards, so his first year he really gets tormented by the other Slytherins. But then Van gets into a fight with one of them and kicks his ass; suffice it to say, the teasing stops. He’s not an incredibly stellar student, but he does well in the subjects he likes. He doesn’t really like using a wand and hopes one day to be able to use his magic wand-less. He would really enjoy spending time with Hagrid; his favorite magical creatures would probably be dragons. 

--Impey, being muggle born, would be really shell-shocked about the magical world at first. It would take him some getting used to because he likes to build things with his hands and not magic. He wouldn’t really be into the school subjects, but he’d like them a lot better than normal school. His favorite class his first year would be flying, and he would start saving up every penny he had to buy a broom. Impey would then get into Quidditch, and his lanky body would help him become a great keeper. He’d also really like the astronomy class (for obvious reasons). Sisi ends up being Impey’s pet companion despite the fact he enjoys spending time with Cardia more. 

--Lupin has always loved the idea of magic, so he’s thrilled when, as a muggle born, he gets his Hogwarts letter. Lupin is already good at sleight-of-hand tricks, so when he does some amazing things without magic, even the wizard-born children are impressed. Lupin’s very popular with the ladies because of this. Like Hermione, Lupin wants to learn everything about the magical world and studies it, but more so, he just loves the day-to-day life with his friends. He also wants to be an auror too, but he wants to be more of an undercover agent because his real dream is to be a phantom thief. Lupin becomes really proficient at charms and light curses since the some of the kids tease him for being muggle born. 

--Saint Germain also enjoys studying everything there is that Hogwarts has to offer, and he is an excellent wizard from the beginning. He would like to work for the Ministry of Magic, so his favorite subjects are magical history and defense against the dark arts, but he also enjoys divination, transfiguration and learning about muggles, particularly muggle art. He always asks Lupin and Impey what they know about certain muggle items and muggle artwork. If anyone tries to tease Saint Germain, he shuts them up quick with how good he is with a wand. Saint Germain loves his wand and always keeps it where he can get it easily. He’s also great at transfiguring into different animals to scare people. 

--Sholmes is also an excellent student, and Lupin considers him his greatest rival.  Sholmes also wants to be an auror, but more of a detective than anything else, so the investigation department. Naturally, when he hears Lupin talking about being a phantom thief, he always quips back that that makes him a dark wizard and that he will catch Lupin someday, but Lupin just shrugs him off. Sholmes is really interested in defense against the dark arts, magical history and herbology. But really, he strives for top marks in everything. Sholmes is much more private than the other students, and Cardia has to get him to come and sit with them during study time and such. Sholmes teases Lupin, but he never teases Lupin for being muggle born, so there’s some respect there. 

--Cardia’s father is a prestigious wizard, so many of the students recognize her. She’s quite afraid that she’ll be held to a high standard, so she does her best to succeed in school. She enjoys all the subjects, but she tries to find one subject she can share with all her friends: potions with Victor, DATDA with Van, Astronomy with Impey, Muggle Studies with Saint Germain, Charms with Lupin and Magical History with Sholmes. Cardia loves watching Quidditch games and always cheers on Impey while he plays. Cardia’s not sure what she really wants to do (should she find a new path or follow in her father’s footsteps studying alchemy), so it’ll depend on who she decides to follow the most. Cardia enjoys the day-to-day life at school and spending time with her friends more than anything else.

How do you think a scenario in which Sholmes rescues Cardia from her home in Wales instead of Lupin would go?

This is Mod S! This is a fairly interesting scenario, so I’m was really excited to write this! n.n

Here’s Sholmés Rescuing Cardia in Wales AU! There’s some spoilers for Future Blessings in this headcanon, so this is going under a cut. 

–I think the reason why Sholmés would be suspicious of Twilight and Finis’s schemes while talking to Leonhardt and the Queen, so he convinces the two of them to let him go and investigate before the Royal Guard does. 

–When Sholmés gets there and sees Cardia, he’s also surprised that the monster is a beautiful girl instead of some beast. He has a moment of sympathy, and decides to try and talk to her before taking her back to Buckingham. 

–Cardia tells Sholmés that she is a monster, and shows him what her poison can do. After talking to her for a while, Sholmés surmises that Cardia is not some kind of monster, but has some kind of illness or has been experimented on. He offers her to return to his home in London with him so that she can be safe from those who might try to harm her. Cardia agrees.

–From there, the story would likely start diverging into how it normally was. I think Cardia would run into the Lupin Gang, just not be a part of it as heavily as she was. She’d meet them while helping Sholmés on the train, but she’d befriend them quickly. Lupin and Herlock would definitely compete for Cardia’s affection. 

–Herlock would convince Finis to let Cardia stay with him once he discovered where she was, and Finis would allow it as he feels he can retrieve her at any time. Sholmés confesses to Cardia that he doesn’t trust Finis and will try to protect her from him. Aleister/Moriarty won’t show up as much in the common route as Sholmés knows his true identity. 

–Cardia would have her “I’m a monster and don’t deserve to be here” moment, which is where I think Herlock’s route in Future Blessings would begin and persist mostly the same. She’d worry less about telling the gang since she wasn’t with them from the start, but Lupin would offer to take her away frequently. She’d meet Watson the same, and the Moriarty interact would also be mostly the same.

Hello! Oh man this blog is so amazing! I cant get tired of it! ＼(☆o☆)／ I didn't have the chance to read throughout the blog, so I don't know if it has been resquested already but, how would our guys behave when a pregnant Cardia gets in labor and how would they react seeing their newborn for the first time? Could you please include Herlock Sholmes? Thank you so much!!!

I actually did a headcanon already where the guys reacted to their partners going into labor. I did not do them reacting to seeing their newborns, though, so I’ll do that one for you. I also did not include Sholmes in that ask, so the ask is being edited to include him and should be up soon. He will be in this one, too C: 

Here’s Code: Realize Guys React to Seeing Their Newborn Child! 

Arséne Lupin: When Lupin first sees Cardia holding their newborn daughter, he can’t wait for his turn, but he is patient. As soon as Cardia offers to let him hold her, he eagerly yet gently takes her from Cardia’s arms. He cannot help but whisper how much he loves her and her mother, and that he will always be there for them. He confesses that he is afraid to be a father (of letting them down) but that he will never stop trying to be good to his family. 

Abraham Van Helsing: Van his terrified when he sees his newborn son for the first time, but he feels such strong emotion that he can’t bear to look at Cardia or his child without fear of crying. Van can’t hold the baby at first; he’s too afraid that he will hurt or scare the child with his deep voice. However, Van watches the baby from his crib and vows to never let harm come to his child or Cardia. It takes him a month or two before he can hold the baby. 

Impey Barbicane: Impey has to hold himself back from snatching the baby right out of Cardia’s arms when he first sees his newborn daughter. Cardia has to constantly shush him from how loud he is being. When he upsets the baby and it cries, Impey gently rocks her and tells her how wonderful that she is. Cardia has to fight Impey over getting to hold the baby, but when she does, Impey is beside himself with joy upon seeing his family right before his eyes. 

Victor Frankenstein: When Victor first sees his son, he cries. He’s just so enraptured with his own child that he cannot stop the tears from falling. He constantly has to wipe his eyes for fear of dripping on the baby. Once he can calm himself, he constantly checks on his son to makes sure he’s not hurt and breathing correctly. Cardia has to take Victor aside and tell him everything will be all right in order to calm him. He just wants his son to be safe. 

Saint Germain: Saint Germain cannot speak when he first sees Cardia and his new daughter, so Cardia has to speak to fill the silence. She comments how she looks like the both of them combined, and she thinks it’s beautiful. She offers to let Saint G hold the baby, and when he does, he cannot stop the tears from falling. He just cannot believe that his life has become so wonderful, and he vows to himself that he will never let anything take that joy away. 

Herlock Sholmes: Sholmes has a lot of mixed feelings when he first sees his son and Cardia. The feeling of fatherhood hasn’t quite hit him yet, but the feeling protecting his family comes to him all at once, and he holds onto Cardia and his son at the same time. He says he cannot wait to teach his son all that he knows, yet Cardia tells him to enjoy the present because he will miss it eventually. Sholmes already thinks they should have more children.

Nemo best friend headcanons?

This is Mod S! I’m not quite sure what you mean by “best friend” headcanons, I’m sorry. ;;

I’m going to do a Nemo Having A Best Friend Headcanons for now. If you meant something else, please let me know!

–I think Nemo would calm down a lot (anger wise, he’d still be extra af) if he he had a best friend. He’d have someone to vent all of his frustrations to and that might help him to channel his talents into something productive instead of destructive. His BFF might have stopped a lot of problems in Impey’s route, haha. 

–As a best friend, I think Nemo would really care about his own best friend and put their needs before his in any scenario. To the point where he’s sacrificing too much of himself and his best friend would have to pull him aside to tell him to focus on himself more. Nemo wouldn’t get it at first, but after long talks with his BFF, he’d start to change. 

–Nemo wouldn’t really think about being clingy until his first fight with his best friend when his BFF snaps and demands for some space. Nemo would feel bad and feel like he ruined the relationship, so he’d isolate himself hardcore. His BFF would have to find him and apologize, but it would take a bit for Nemo to go back to normal after that. 

–Nemo’s BFF would be even better for his self-esteem though, so I think Nemo would be ten times more vocal about his own strengths and challenge Impey and Victor (his rivals and equals) to more competitions than ever before. Nemo’s BFF would have to try and calm him down and remind him that Impey and Victor are nice people and deserve just as much as respect. Nemo would listen and, even if he won, praise Victor and/or Impey.

Arséne Lupin: 

“Don’t listen to a word they say, Cardia! I promised you long ago that nothing would keep me from you, and I intend to keep it. We’ve gone through so much together, we’ve beaten so many impossible odds. Giving up now would ruin everything. I’ll be just fine, you have to believe in me! I will always find a way for us to be happy together!” 

Abraham Van Helsing: 

“Kill me? …Hah. If you’re going to go around and make empty threats, you’ve picked the wrong person. Do you know idea how many times I’ve seen my own death? I’ve never run from it. The threat of something so insignificant will never keep me from the woman I love. If you’re going to come at me, you better give it your all. I’m more than ready.” 

Impey Barbicane: 

“They’re bluffing Cardia! You’ll never have to fear while the genius engineer is here! Even if this bozo were to kill me, I’d just come back ten times stronger because of the strength of your undying love for me. Now, let’s get ready to take these guys on together. After that, how about you reward me generously with a kiss or two? …PLEASE?!” 

Victor Frankenstein: 

“It’s all right, Cardia. Don’t worry about me! No matter what happens, I will always love you. Even if they rend my flesh from my bone, every inch of my soul will still long for you. Nothing could keep me away from you, not even death. That’s why you have to keep fighting regardless of the outcome. And I will fight with you as long as I can.” 

Saint Germain: 

“...Pay no attention to such idle threats, Cardia. It’s quite natural for a cornered animal to lash out at that which they sees as prey. You cannot blame this poor soul, however. Hopefully they will make the wise choice, which is to leave quietly so that I may never see their face again, lest great discomfort befall this meager creature, yes?”

This is Mod S! <3 Thank you, hehe. I sure can, though I honestly don’t think they’d be too different than with Cardia haha. Here’s Impey and Van with A Male Partner Headcanons! 

–How Impey and Van would spoil their partner would definitely change. Instead of buying them clothes and jewelry (unless that’s what their partner was into), they’d by them more practical things like shaving razors and top hats. 

–Impey likes dating people smaller than him so I definitely think he’d be into shorter guys. Van doesn’t mind being the short one in the relationship, he just doesn’t want to be teased for it. He’d start intentionally tripping his partner if he brought up Van’s height. 

–They’d definitely be more comfortable being in a bathroom together, though they’d have to fight over who was using the mirror. They’d also end up borrowing each other’s clothes and shoes if they could fit into them. 

–Building Impey’s prototype cannons would be a bit easier because he’d be less worried about asking his partner to help lift the heavy objects.],which Impey would not normally ask Cardia to do. Van would also feel a bit more comfortable talking to his partner about some of the more gruesome things that come with his job and his past because he’d be worried about it sounding to dark for Cardia. 

–They would have to sleep on bigger beds, else they not have room and start overlapping each other. Fighting over the blanket would be a constant thing if it wasn’t big enough too.
