Hi!!! so, today in a class we were going over emergency stuff and the term ICE came up and, don't judge, but i didn't know what the hell that was until then. but it seemed kinda familiar and i had no idea why. then it came to me. you use the term beside Shiro's contact name in TMWM. and i was always so confused by it! (yeah, i should have looked it up but eh) so now i'm like, wittyy this better not be more foreshadOWING (or maybe i'm just thinking too much into it bc i just found it)

Oh no, okay, so I can see why you’re worried about that, lmAO. BUT. That isn’t meant to be foreshadowing. It’s more of... a small, subtle thing I decided to put in there to speak volumes about how close Keith and Shiro are. Because despite not being blood related, and despite their parents being gone, leaving them without any sort of familial ties or obligations, they’re still important people in each other’s lives. And Keith trusts and cares for Shiro enough to put him in his phone as one of his emergency contacts. We don’t really ever see Shiro’s phone, but Keith is in his phone as ICE, too.
