I see you're having fun with all those cute, fluffy headcanons..... Now allow me to flood you with despair *evil laugh* So, I was thinking of other ways how AFO vs AM could've gone down: Imagine that as AM breaks down, an army of hundreds of heroes suddenly arrives, led by the No.3 Hero. AM just looks around in disbelief, why they would still come to help him despite the truth. No.3 simply says, "you've been protecting us all this time, now it's our turn". Nana's spirit then tells AM (part 1/2)

That they can still beat AFO but todo that, AM needs to go full power and that means by adding his own life forcefor extra power and to speed up his recovery. Nana estimates using this method,5 minutes is enough time. But that means he needs the heroes’ help to buy time,he refuses, but GT says it’s not the time to be refusing help. They only have 1shot to put an end to things. AM then asks, hesitating, if they can buy time. Aloud war cry responds, dozens fall, but GT tells him to endure.

Finally, just as AFO takes down thelast barrier set up by a barrier specialist, AM rises “I havereturned!!!” And beats AFO with 2xUSA SMASH!!

Dear codus, believe me when I tellyou that despite all the fluffy headcanons I get and produce, I’ve already beenflooded with despair – you know, I read @swiftwidget’s fanfic “Canvas”. That’ssome angst and despair, enough to have me go for the fluff to balance it out.

There are some turns in thisI really like. For one – you mentioned Nana’s spirit talking to Toshinori. Asheartbreaking that would be, I really enjoy the thought that the former usersof One for All can somehow contact and encourage the current users when thereis need for it, like in a life and death situation.

Also, the Number 3 hero. I waswondering during that whole fight All Might vs All for One where the Number 3here is right then. I mean… it was a terrible fight. Number 1, 2 and 4 of thehero top ranks were involved in some kind of way. But Number 3 was nowhere tobe seen, and that surprised me a lot. So I like the thought of him or hershowing up in that fight.

However, I actually think that anarmy of heroes arriving to fight All for One could be a bad idea. As I alreadysaid, the top heroes were already there with All Might. Sure, they gotseparated at one point, but even after they showed up to save All Might – they didn’t stand a chance against All forOne. He blow them all away and knocked Best Jeanist out so badly that, fromwhat I’ve gathered, he is still out cold. All the heroes who would be includedin that army you describe would be even lesser ranked heroes – meaning thatthey would be in even more danger of getting killed by All for One. Sure, theywould be a distraction and give All Might some time, but they would probablyall die. Or, perhaps All for One would even be able to steal their quirks andget even stronger through that.

That’s not something Toshinori wouldwant, and neither is it a good battle strategy, I guess? Even though I love thethought of all those heroes coming to support Toshinori! Please don’t get mewrong, I like your idea here – and the way you wrote it, very nice – but Iguess the fight would only get worse this way.
