To anyone struggling to relax after a rough day, whether it be mentally or physically exhausting, I recommend a cup of hot chamomile tea about 30 minutes before bed time. Find a "New Age" (or anything whimsical and gental) playlist to listen to while you drink your chamomile. I also highly recommend lavender any aromatic way you can aquire it (Pillow Potion mist sprays always do the trick for me.) Fill your sleeping quarters with the scent of lavender, and you'll instantly feel your nerves begin to smooth out. In my opinion, chamomile and lavender are an incredibly peace-bringing combination.
