Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced. 1/4 cup fresh blueberries. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers. Mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Put the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together. Mix until everything is smooth and well combined. Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the Greek yogurt mixture slowly until it is all mixed together. Use a heart-shaped mold or ramekin to set the food out on a plate. About half of the way full, spoon some of the yogurt mixture into the mold. Spread some chopped strawberries on top of the yogurt mixture in the mold. Put more of the yogurt mixture on top of the strawberries, making sure to leave some room at the top for the blueberries. Fresh blueberries should be put on top of the yogurt mixture and pressed down little. Put the crme frache in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until it sets. Add crushed graham crackers and a few mint leaves to the top before serving. Have fun with your tasty Greek yogurt crme brulee!
