coffee development from start to finish
got a nice photo this morning
the start of a chemex 🤤
rwanda 🇷🇼
fucked up to think how the blood of genocide is soaked into the soil huh
besides that, i will definitely be purchasing these. not exaggerating when i say, its possibly one of the best coffee’s ive ever cupped. these will go well in my hot brew and cold brew.
i have a regular who is dope enough to bring me beans and this one is a kona blend 🤤
the roast was a bit more dark than i go for myself but regardless it was pleasant which isnt easy for dark roasts.
tanzania 🇹🇿 vs sulawesi 🇮🇩
these beans couldn’t be any different wow
tanzania was like a black tea delicious ,
sulawesi was VERY citrus / sour. but i didnt wait a full 24 hours, im going for round two tomorrow because that sulawesi has potential but was way too sour.
i ❤️ chemex
take a look 👀
