Enjoy the rich flavors of coffee and almonds in this homemade ice cream, which also has rich, creamy chocolate fudge.
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup instant coffee granules. 1/2 cup chopped almonds. 1/2 cup chocolate fudge sauce.
Instructions: Mix heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and instant coffee in a bowl with a whisk until the sugar and coffee grounds are gone. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine. In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate fudge sauce and chopped almonds around the edges. Put the ice cream that has been churned into a container that can go in the freezer.
