This year has been very special to me, where I met some many Barista’s, roasters, cafe owners and real coffee lovers & tasted excellent cup of coffees across the country. But @coffeemechanics will be the highlight of this year, While I was crossing HBR layout on a Sunday morning, I dropped in and asked for tasting menu on which @pavanhanbal introduced about what they do and soon @ganga_prabhakar , who comes from the family of Coffee estate with over 180 years of experience in the business took me though the journey of the Mechanics Generously brewing one after the other,she mentioned “We aim to help people figure out their coffee by playing with roasts, customising and experimentation, rather than suggesting others it’s better for them to figure out what they like. What caught my attention was their detailing in the work and passion that reflects on each cup. When you can taste fruity flavours with aromas of rose petal, peach, tropical fruits, which is balanced with sharp acidity . You know it’s done well in all levels.
