Ingredients: 1 cup of strong brewed coffee. 1 cup of rolled oats. 1/2 cup of almond butter. 1/4 cup of honey. 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips. 1/4 cup of chopped dates. 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup of shredded coconut. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put the rolled oats, honey, vanilla extract, brewed coffee, and almond butter in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. The dark chocolate chips, chopped dates, chopped walnuts, and shredded coconut should all be carefully mixed in. Add a little salt to bring out the flavors. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture into the dish so that it's evenly spread out and well packed. For at least 30 minutes, put the dish in the fridge to set.
