It's been a while.

The past week has been quite tough on different levels. For almost three days, I've barely left my bed to function like the normal adult that I was. It was some of those boring, unproductive days when I accomplish nothing, while I stare at the ceiling for moments. I felt invalid. I felt like my body was slowly deteriorating. It all felt distressing. But on a positive note, it was during those days when I realized one of life's greatest lessons: to take care of my greatest asset — myself. I've been too hyped up recently; too excited to perform and fulfill my plans this early. I forgot how vulnerable my body is. I forgot to slow down and give myself some time to rest and recharge.

For some unfathomable reasons, January feels sooooo (freaking!) long. It was only the first month of the new year, but we've been facing mishaps here and there. In light of these, may we take care of ourselves, especially our health. Never forget to pause when things get pretty tough and too much to handle. Above all, may we always turn to God every single day. Seek His guidance and wisdom in whatever we do. And always pray for goodness to lead every life on Earth. Have a blessed week ahead, folks!
