A lighter alternative to a Starbucks treat, this cocktail combines the richness of coffee with the smoothness of vodka and almond milk, without the guilt of excess calories.
Ingredients: 1 oz vodka. 1 oz unsweetened almond milk. 1 oz brewed coffee, chilled. 1/2 oz sugar-free vanilla syrup. Ice cubes. Optional: whipped cream and cinnamon for garnish.
Instructions: Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour vodka, almond milk without added sugar, cold brewed coffee, and sugar-free vanilla syrup into the shaker. Make sure to shake it well until it's cold. Pour the mix through a strainer into a martini glass. If you want, you can add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Serve right away and enjoy!
