ICE U.S. arabica coffee futures settled higher after a volatile session, with prices recovering into the close despite choppy intraday trade. The market struggled for direction early on but found support from a softer U.S. dollar and renewed uncertainty surrounding Brazil’s 2026 crop outlook. Persistently declining ICE-certified arabica stocks continued to underpin prices, reinforcing supply-side tightness. However, losses in crude oil markets limited upside potential and prevented a stronger rally.
