Just watched the last Colbert. Giddy, crazy, happy, but sad tears. Now cracks a noble heart. Good night, sweet prince, And flights of angels sing thee to thy rest!

I was wondering why Elijah Wood didn't get a better spot to stand in the Colbert finale. Then I watched it again and the entire time it looks like he's wondering the exact same thing
I wonder if Cyndi Lauper showed up to the Colbert finale, saw big bird and just went "Well one of us will have to change"
Will you miss The Report? | attn: The Final Moment From The Colbert Report Was Pretty Amazing
Stephen Colbert says goodbye to Jon Stewart. From Keith Olbermann’s Twitter: https://twitter.com/keitholbermann/status/545959679009259520
I cried watching the finale of the Report. Thank you for your service Stephen.🇺🇸
Taking a quick break from film stuff to talk about the end of The Colbert Report
It's hard to express how important The Colbert Report has been to my life. I don't know how or when I started watching it, but the moment I did, something just clicked. The way Colbert was able to artfully speak truth(iness) to all the madness and hypocrisy of American media and politics was something I had never seen before. I had no idea that humor was a weapon that could make a mockery of the powerful and embolden the masses. He sat behind that desk night after night, playing a character that was egotistic, narrow-minded, and blindly patriotic. It was like he was holding up a mirror to America and showing it for what it really was, warts and all. And above all, it was funny. I mean really funny. So much so that I'm quite certain my own sense of humor has been molded it by it.
Right now I am currently studying in Politics in college and hope to pursue a career in the field. If that ends up being my future, I can thank Stephen Colbert and all those involved in the show for setting me down that path. It's sad to say goodbye to a personal hero of mine, but it was an amazing run. Good luck Stephen!
The Legend of Colbert
I dont even know what to do right now. Recovering from both the Colbert finale after 9 years of bringing the truthiness and the finale for Legend of Korra and confirmation of Korrasami. Legendary shows, amazing endings and I somehow have to be awake and functional for tomorrow. So sad that its all over but so glad it all happened!
