#oookie made bfast did the dishes aaaand did some stretches 🎉🎉🎉#im #cold tho #bc ac isnt on but neither is the heat #it’s probably the same temperature outside as it is inside #i do have a lil space heater and a electric heated blanket #might have to get those out of my closet!!!!!!#ok cold toilets seats are awful #my grandpa used to have a cushion on his toilet seat and it was nice bc no cold toilet seats #thats how cold it is lol i have an ensuite #yes i will say anything in 60s F is cold lmao and below ofc #it’s cold when ur sitting doing nothing hahahaha #sometimes i think i need a mirror to do stretches am i moving my body correctly am i stretching something out only to accidentally contract #a different part of my body lmao who knows #but also just bc u did a couple stretches once doesnt fix whatever muscle issue ur having haha #not one (or three) and done yknow #but i did it tho at least #the youtube person was like a 5 min stretch is better than no stretch #bc some videos are 30 minutes yknow #alot of time i think something is going to take a long time so i dont do it #but alot of tasks when i actually do them are only 5-30 mins depending on task lmao #dishes dont take as long as i am dreading about them #and sometimes bfast doesnt take that long either usually on the 30 mins for the whole thing #includes eating too haha but i proved to myself i can still make bfast as usual even if ive slept in later lmao #i need a hot drink tbh
