what’s a cute facts about your mother people don’t really know?
There are plenty nuances to Mum that most wizards and witches are unaware of. She's not exactly a secretive person, but she rarely allows anyone close enough to really know her. She has a reputation to uphold, after all. For that reason, I have to respect her privacy. However, I can share with you some details that I find rather entertaining.
First and foremost, when Mum is really angry she'll scream at you in French. It's both humiliating and humorous at the same time. She also has a tendency to throw things at you mid argument - for emphasis, of course. I think that fact is a bit less surprising. Watching Uncle Rod dodge random household objects is one of my favorite leisurely activities.
Every time she hugs you she'll plant a kiss on your forehead. Well.. Perhaps, I should be more specific. Every time she hugs me, Uncle Rod, and Aunt Cissa (Draco too, I think) she plants a kiss on our foreheads. Never for Uncle Lucius (obviously) and let's be honest, Father rarely allows for hugs in public. As someone who is much more privileged to the inner workings of their relationship than most, I can tell you that he's actually the one that kisses her forehead.
She also has an incredible affinity for the arts - that's more than just the dark arts. She is a wonderful dancer, a plays the piano as though she is a professional.
