Ninjago paint pottery I made like in September, I realize I don’t share this diva anywhere so here ya go
I made another ninjago paint pottery today (it’s Cole, act shocked)

Each ninja has an additional power somewhat related to their element. You can read what on their character cards!
This doesn't really have a set timeline? Happens after 6, but also features stuff from future seasons... time is a concept anyways
Each ninja now has a different fighting style! Yay!

Ghosts age a little differently here. While physically they are mostly the same age as when they died, they can grow up thanks to new memories. If they are stuck (for example in a Cursed Realm), the ghosts enter a semi-conscious state where they don't age!
At first, Ninjas weren't sure about Lloyd, some of them not liking him. In this universe, they were still quite young when he joined the team and Wu became his main caretaker. They eventually became friends though!
The name Meteorite comes from me and my sister. She is represented by a Pebble, I am a Moon!
Morro Garmadon, Master of the Wind
His favourite band is Evanescence
Makes his hair constantly move with his wind powers, because he thinks it looks cool
His special power is flight! It does seem less cool since he died, but the power didn't change oops
He IS working on his anger issues, but also... eternal teenager oof

He is the assassin of the group. He uses floating blades (think Irelia LoL)
He is a Garmadon because if Lloyd is a Garmadon that makes it his surname. Therefore, Garmadaddy is called Garmadon Garmadon, Wu is Wu Garmandon and Morro is Morro Garmadon

As an android, he cannot create art on his own, he can only follow instructions. He believes it makes him less human :(

He chose to fight with his fists because he does not feel comfortable using weapons (he feels he would be too strong) If he is pushed far enough and pulls out a weapon... rip
He also chose to use fists after being defeated by Pythor baaaack in S1
He doesn't have a left hand! How did he lose it? :)
Has scales now! They started appearing only recently though... I am sure it's fine
He would be considered a monk. Melee damage dealer with some support options!

Her power is breathing under water! We decided that Water is already one of the strongest elements so her power is a little weaker

We wanted to keep her maroon + blue color scheme. We thought it was such a lovely way to keep her connection to Kai and her roots.
The bracelet she has was actually given to her by Kai! It was used to call him for help before she hacked it to call her old SAMURAI suit...
Is easily the smartest ninja after Zane
She is the second tank of the team!
She can be overconfident and like her brother, she doesn't take loss well

One of the most important things to us was keeping stuff that happened in the plot. So while Jay did not change into a serpentine, after nicking himself on that fang, he keeps craving raw meat...
He shaved sides of his hair to match Nya!
His outfit is inspired by Armor Jay and Fortnite Jay

ok no but like I don't think newer fans understand just how much it means that Cole has a boyfriend now. he's been gay-coded since 2011, when you couldn't put that stuff in a kids' show so you had to mask it as something else for plausible deniability. some of us have waited over a decade for this, never expecting to get any sort of canon acknowledgement, other fans saying it was crazy to even headcanon him as gay and the subtext actually didn't mean anything. it seemed like he would either be given a random female love interest like everyone else or just remain ambiguously alone for the rest of time, forever remaining in that limbo space of "gay-coded by omission." and then...they...suddenly got some courage. they continued his story earnestly and meaningfully. they gave him a family, kids, a man who clearly loves him. they let them hold hands and caress each other onscreen, look in each other's eyes like they hung the stars. they don't have to say they're together, I don't care. only people in denial try to explain it away. my favorite ninja grew up, and he's like me, and he's allowed to be. that's everything.
