I hate having conversations with people about me having kids and becoming a parent because they always go the same way. I believe in parenting beyond blue and pink, that the concept of "these toys/clothes are only for this gender" is bullshit and kids shouldn't be forced into such strict gender roles at such a young age. And people always ask me "But arent you worried about your kid being bullied?" Well how about you raise your kids to be decent fucking people who dont bully others and then we wont have this problem. People use the defence of "oh you know, kids can be cruel". Yeah, because you didn't raise them to be kind.
Have an operation on my eye in the morning. Had it before a few years ago but I’m still freaking out. I’m only a month off my anti-depressants (for anxiety) and I’m kinda a mess right now.
