I'm a huge fan of the classic codependent doomed duo trope

They met when they were young, back when their eyes hadn't seen so much suffering, and have been attached to the hip ever since.

They didn't know what the future was holding for them, but they always knew that they'd face anything as long as they were together.

They are best friends and know a side of each other that people around them can't even dream of.

They think so much alike and know each other so well that they can often predict each other's actions.

They are a package deal and are never seen without the other.

They match each other's freak in a way that it's incomprehensible to people around them.

They have their own language but they can have the deepest conversations just by looking at each other's eyes.

Their chemistry is so intense it makes people uncomfortable.

Their relationship is often perceived as romantic, even when it's not.

The few romantic partners they have during their life are threatened and jealous of their closeness.

They don't like to share them with other people either.

They always make people feel like third wheels.

They are extremely smart and have many different skills that are useful in their line of work.

They are capable of handling very difficult situations on their own, but together they are invencible.

They let their guards down and are very soft and caring to each other.

They are each other's weak spot.

They are kind and go out of their way to help others, but they would let the world burn for each other.

Their biggest fear is seeing the other get hurt.

They would kill and die for each other without thinking twice.

They have a lot of sadness, anger and regret in their hearts but the other is always there to make them feel better and worthy.

They have faith in each other more than anything else in the world.

They'd do anything, even the impossible just to save each other.

They think so highly of the other, they often think they are not good enough for them.

They are each other's first thought when they wake up and their last thought when they go to sleep.

They've been through a lot but their love for each other gives them strenght.

They think the world is trying to keep them apart, but they'll never give up trying to be together.

They live and breathe for each other, and if they aren't together, life loses all meaning.

They only have each other but that's all they need.

They are it for each other, everything the other needs and desires, yet something that can't be defined.

But they are soulmates.

They are also my favorite duos, and if you thought about them too, we are now best friends.
