We did a project!  @rosencoppice (Soren), @miltonicsmile (Pippin), and I each did a sketch, than passed them around and took turns inking and coloring each other’s work. The ‘theme’ was loosely Mushishi, so I did the green haired girl from the traveling swamp episode, Soren did Dante (from Devil May Cry) as Ginko, and Pip drew a young Ginko.  Pip and I used colored pencils and Soren used markers to color.   Left column top to bottom: My sketch, Soren’s inking, Pip’s coloring. Suck-it the Patron Saint of Fuck You ----- The Prayer of the Seeking O Saint Suck-It I inspect the signs here and now, looking for the hidden half truths buried in unending nooks and crevices, enthusiastically hunting for knowledge to spread and share with those around me.  I ask that you, heart alight with excitement and learning, watch over us as we wade through books and notes, experimenting to discover something previously unknown to us.   I turn the page, when the words seem dense and my mind seems full to bursting, pressing on even when it overwhelms, charting ships and stars in the hurricane of thought, raising a call to the powers that may or may not be to keep up the search for whatever needs finding.   May I always have a thirst to know more, and may we never give up the curious drive that pushes us towards the things we love and need.  This is a prayer to and for the people of our community to hold fast to what they're interested in and never let loose no matter what others say.  In the name of those who've sunk their teeth in so we may too, Amen.  ------------ I thought I'd posted this earlier but I clearly didn't and I'm very sorry for the delay!  This was commissioned by Wesley for and of his sister Laura.  As always, Pip did the sketch, I did the colors and prayer.  Commissions are still open, so please help out if you can!
