I spent a full day rereading my paper and summarizing each part I needed to know for the presentation.
Sat down today to do the presentation and remembered that not everything on my paper was selected for the making of the poster accepted by the event.
That means I already had a summary of what I needed to incluem on my presentation

Honestly, this week is going horribly wrong. I had to take some days to let things settle and now I’m desperate with too much work. I am really trying but I can’t even focus in anything for long no matter how much I try so I’m starting to feel frustrated with the fact that I need to do really long breaks while I can only study for 20 to 30 minutes maximum without losing focus. At this point, I don’t even know if I want to cry of sadness or frustration.

I am the last person to be giving a speech on how to be happy right now. It was a good idea when I thought of it though.
College Presentation: Anxiety is Real, Cont.
So the day for my college presentation finally arrived, time for my anxiety and I to go out there. I had everything planned out perfectly. I freaked out and did not follow my plan whatsoever and basically winged it. I struggled a bit- difficult speaking at times, shaking, heartbeat over 9000- my SA was definitely showing. However, i constantly tried my best to keep positive and i managed to cover everything. My breakfast, lunch, and dinner today consisted of a bottle of sprite. Nonetheless, I feel heavenly now, for the moment at least. This big worry is gone and now i get to relax. Today had a happy ending.
