Just had my Inorganic chemistry class and waiting for my Invertebrates class. I feel tired and scared bc we don't know when our exams are and they have to be in the next 2 weeks before finals in February.. we shall see 🙃 Also this day last year I was at the seaside with my bf and we watched sunset 🌇

12th January - Would you rather have a snowball fight or build a big snowman?

The 2021 bujo is being worked on. I don’t like to stick stuff to my bujo but i wrote 2201 first 🤡

p.s.: the tomato came from the plant outside! It survived and had babies!

6th December 2020

I went to work today and I didn’t manage to get as much as work done as I had hoped for. I marked a test on nucleotides and nucleus acids and did surprisingly well considering I hadn’t reviewed it for a while.

Question: Do you get a break from school/work/uni during winter?

Answer: Yes I do, although I have been working during it in order to save up some money for university. This year I hope to start a new job which will allow me to work fewer hours, but still get paid more so hopefully I will be getting the interview soon.

Honestly, this week is going horribly wrong. I had to take some days to let things settle and now I’m desperate with too much work. I am really trying but I can’t even focus in anything for long no matter how much I try so I’m starting to feel frustrated with the fact that I need to do really long breaks while I can only study for 20 to 30 minutes maximum without losing focus. At this point, I don’t even know if I want to cry of sadness or frustration.

Had my presentation about artificial blood and it went pretty good! Sun is finally out and I feel more alive. Also love these mugs that you can write little messages on them - one task at a time ♥️

10th January - Have you ever seen snow? When was the last time you saw it?

Yesss, grew up with snowy winters ❄️ in fact it snowed yesterday!

11th January - Would you rather play in the rain or play in a snowstorm?

Snowstorm! I love playing in the rain but this is some special feeling!

Having a late start bc I forgot to turn my alarm clock on.. having an itsy bitsy tiny panic attack bc of that.. anyway this is a drawing from my Invertebrates lab 🦑 vs my biochem reminders and it doesn't look like I'm taking them of anytime soon 🙈

7th December - How do you stay motivated during winter?

Uhh.. Honestly, I don't really have a special method. My anxiety makes me do it most of the time 🙈 and sometimes I just can't do it, and that's okay. Everyone needs a break sometimes, self-care is a must! Your health is always above college and grades and everything, hope you're treating yourselves right!
