Στις 25 Απριλίου, στον επίσημο αγώνα κύβου Ρούμπικ του Central Bucks West High School, ένας έφηβος ονόματι Κόλιν Μπερνς έλυσε τον κύβο σε 5,253 δευτερόλεπτα, συντρίβοντας το προηγούμενο ρεκόρ (5,55) του Ματς Φαλκ από την Ολλανδία. Collin Burns, resolvió el cubo Rubik en sólo 5.25 segundos
A lo largo de la ronda final de la competencia de Cubo Rubik, en el Central Bucks West High School, en Pennsylvania, U.S.A., un adolescente llamdado Collin Burns efectuó entre las más grandes proezas entre los adeptos a este juego de habilidad.
El joven consiguió vencer el récord mundial de quinientos cincuenta y cinco segundos, pudiendo revolver el cubo Rubik en cinco punto veinticinco segundos. En el instante en que acaba de armar todos y cada uno de los colores, mira descreído el reloj mientras que los presentes chillan de alegría por este nuevo logro.
