Colm Roddy by David Ramalho Via Flickr: If you go by the Government Buildings Colm is a common sight as he's often around with his stack of signs protesting. Today I was going by with my camera and saw him there, to my own surprise, I asked him for permission to take his picture, which he allowed, I took the picture. This was different for me, I could have done more - I know his name because I came home and looked online, but I should have asked him directly - but still, baby steps.
