Hello there! I have a random question. I wanted to know if this theme was explored in any of the sherlolly fics where Sherlock deep down regrets that his well hidden secret (that he loves Molly Hooper) got exposed due to Eurus' actions?
If not, can this be taken as a prompt post TFP where everything has been going well for the two but due to some anger outburst, Sherlock lets it slip (hinting towards how he still would have liked to keep it to himself?)
PS: I know I get way too elaborate with my prompts... please excuse that. I just want to make my point clear.
Hi! I don’t recall any specific fics with that theme, but if someone else does, please sing out! It’s a great prompt. I’ll add it to my “someday” list. Meanwhile, if anyone else is inspired, please feel free! My feeling is always “the more the merrier” when it comes to Sherlolly fics!
Cuddling sherlolly prompt no. 7 : for comfort
Molly felt a bit guilty, for allowing herself to be convinced by Mrs. Hudson to leave a very sick and even more irritating Sherlock to her care, and have a few hours just for herself. But those few hours that she got to spend with Mary away from Sherlock and the very relaxing massage that she had, made her feel much better and much more ready to deal with her beautiful, genius, annoying boyfriend. She just hoped that he didn’t make Mrs. Hudson’s day a literal hell.
So when she entered the Baker Street flat, she was relieved that she didn’t find anything destroyed or that there weren’t any shouting matches coming from the bedroom. She moved towards the kitchen and saw a saucepan that wasn’t there when she left sitting in the stove, and a delicious smell of hot soup reached her nose. She smiled and made a mental note to treat Mrs. Hudson two days at a spa to thank her for her kindness.
The scene that she found when she entered the bedroom filled her eyes with happy tears. Sherlock was on the bed sleeping soundly and Mrs. Hudson had followed his example by laying on the armchair they had close to the bed, her legs propped up on the bed so she would be more comfortable, a blanket covering her snuggly and several pillows in her head and back, making Molly sure that it was Sherlock’s doing.
She tiptoed to the bathroom, changing in her pajamas quickly and returned to the bedroom. After waking gently Mrs. Hudson and thanking her for the soup she made, she sends her to her flat to get some real rest and joins Sherlock in the bed. The commotion wasn’t enough to wake Sherlock up, but it was certainly enough to make him reach out as soon as her body was comfortably settled beneath the covers and put his head to her chest. Molly smiled and put her hands around him, promising to herself to tease him relentlessly as soon as he felt better about his clinging and cuddling tendencies.
For now, she was perfectly content being Sherlock’s comfort pillow. With one last smile, she closed her eyes and she soon followed the man she loved in his slumber.
I saw it the first thing in the morning, and my whole day I was very unsettled. For some reason, I was too jittery.
I LOVED the trailer, don't get me wrong...but the hype for the movie ramped up yesterday and the wait is going to be unbearable.
My favourite parts of the trailer are ZOMBIES, Patrick Stewart, Defender Strange, Kamar-Taj (it's very aesthetically pleasing) and I can't wait for that epic scene where they are traversing through dimensions.
