As the US-Mexican border becomes more militarized and reinforced by U.S. military personnel there are many parts not yet touched by razor wire and added security. Colonia Libertad Alta in Tijuana has yet to see military presence as life continues in this small community near the border. In two images you see an unidentified man walking along the fence that reads “fuck you” while making his way up to a hillside that the border reaches over.
