Every time I speak to a group. I hope that a seed was planted. Never forget if U want transparency then give it. Vulnerability leads to victory. Show is always better than tell. Be a tough self evaluator, want to be challenged, and own what comes naturally. Then surround yourself with strong convictions and high standards.. Always reminding yourself everyone’s reality is different and oftentimes the one out in the open isn’t the actually reality. Meant those moments with empathy not a solution. Take on responsibility & focus on winning the next moment. Lastly never forget we all are going to get hit with life. Which could lead U down a rough path covered in frustrations, pains, & make u live in fear. Or you could face fears, place barriers, & challenge yourself. To love the process and never stop moving towards victory. Knowing our time is limited & we will not be defined by the highest moments, but by the response to the lowest.
