Boho Chic- Continues to inspire gorgeous fashion style 

The very lucid Bohemian chic trend of Spring 2011 has lasted this summer and early looks at 2012 Winter Collections see's a solid up-keep of this very popular, chic and versitile trend. 

We are hailing the Boho Chic as the new-age Hippy, which see's a return of the loose fitting garments, textured and natural fabrics, clothing layering and colours. 

While the Bohemia Style has been around since the 1800's, it was mass converted, or one could call confused, with the Hippy Style which emerged in the 1960's. However with recent years boasting trends associated with Mexican and African culture it seemed easy for Bohemian style to emerge in popular culture, although it has always remained popular as an alternative trend to mainstream fashion, particularly among the creative, artistic and youth culture. 

The style is a riot of colour, pattern and texture. Think slouchy knits teamed with second skin tube dresses and playful accessories. It's adorned with beaded colour, embossed accessories and garments, and big chunky jewellery.

Boho chic really is a style for everyone and permeates all generations and occasions. A big feature, for those who are lucky enough to get their hands on it, is Vintage pieces. 

So how to you get the Boho Chic look?

Our top tips are:

1. Loose Tops paired with fitted, or fashion pants. For those who are weary of the fashion trend, try wearing some neutral coloured pants, whether they are fitted or a styled fashion pant. Wear a black bralet, with a shear button up shirt, either in a solid natural colour such as a earthy red, or a small floral pattern. Pair it with a long chunky necklace and a colourful oversized bag. 

2. Think layers. Boho fashion is all about mix match layers, and we hail jackets and vests. Wear dresses with denim jackets, or a knitted cardigan. Wear a vest over a loose fitting top. 

3. Texture, pattern and colour. Don't be afraid to wear some fur, or some bright Boho pattern. Wearing woven bracelets and chunky jewellery, and a knitted crop top easily adds some Boho style to your outfit.
