HELP!!!!!!!

so, this is what ive been working on for a friend of mine and im very proud of my sketches.

Big problem ive run into is i hate colouring and i have no clue how i should colour it?? I want something without line work but i suck big time at that soooooo.....if some ppl can help with suggestions on how to colour it, that would make my day <3

Also i feel like i need another schmall bug between the big beetle and snail, is that yay or nay??
